I dreamt of a reality where I could be of service interweaving the healing power of psychoanalysis, sound, and expanded states of consciousness.
For most of my life, I never felt at home anywhere. Music has been the one constant when all else failed, with Pink Floyd having the greatest resonance on my soul. After years of being in psychoanalysis and endless suffering, I encountered consciousness as medicine, and that, together with sound and reconnecting with nature and thus my feminine power, allowed me to feel that I could transcend my broken heart and shattered mind, rather than learning to live with the pain I carried within me.

my Experience .
For the past eight years, I have worked as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist in the NHS and privately, and as an advice & information support worker in the mental health charity sector, with adolescents and adults. I have worked with clients with mild to complex mental health struggles, within and without psychiatric institutions. I am LGBTQI+ and Sex Worker allied.

My sonic exploration and passion for the healing potential of sound and music have led me to train as a sound therapist and to begin a music production practice for personal and professional aims. You can hear some of my creations here and on Bandcamp (link below).
