A SONIC SOUL SHOWER

 

Sound and music reach depths within the psyche that words alone cannot. They free us to feel what we usually are not free to feel-- facilitating the release of what is stuck, disconnected, or ready to be transformed.

 

As Carl Jung wrote in 1950: "I feel that from now on music should be a part of every analysis. This reaches deep archetypal material that we can only sometimes reach in our analytic work with patients"

 

In our session, I take you on a journey into the magickal world of sound & frequencies. You will be lullabied by crystalline sound waves, earthy Himalayan bowls, the feminine planetary frequencies of my dear Venus gong, and my Angelic Tuning Forks.

 

The experience includes a Wavepaths music journey--  a generative music software born from the research of neuroscientist Mendel Kaelen and Brian Eno at the Imperial College London's psychedelic research department. As one of the first psychotherapists globally trained in Wavepaths, I design a musical journey emotionally attuned to you in real time, facilitating states of expanded consciousness and inner movement. 

 

Combining ancient and new technologies, this session will cleanse your aura, soothe your mind, and bring coherence and harmony back into your energetic field. You leave feeling empowered, radiant, peaceful and more into your Self. ​​

In collaboration with Berlin-based Ground Tactics, I also created Perfect Harmony-- two signature weightless tuning forks tuned at 352Hz and 528Hz. Played together, their vibrations form a perfect fifth harmonic interval. Find them here.

Every session is bespoke -- attuned to Your essence. Complementing sound healing, we may work with meditation, breathwork, or specific frequencies. I welcome you back with delicious tea and space to share your exploration.
