Everything I do is about Love Remembrance.
I weave psychotherapy, psychic mediumship, sound, magick & non-ordinary states into my work. I believe that learning to Love & witness yourself entirely, in your Light nature & in your Dark nature, sets you free to blossom into your highest creative Self .
For most of my life, I never felt at home anywhere. Music has been the one constant when all else failed, with Pink Floyd having the greatest resonance on my soul. After years of psychoanalysis and endless suffering, I encountered consciousness as medicine, and that, together with sound and reconnecting with my feminine essence, allowed me to feel that I could alchemise my broken heart and overthinking mind, rather than learning to live with the pain I carried within me.

Dear Heart ...
Once upon a time, I too was so disconnected from my body, my intuition — not knowing that when my body said no, it meant no.
I was so devoted to my inner work. My psychoanalyst was not able to hold all of me, and when my mystical side came through, she abandoned me. And even in the medicine spaces, I often didn't feel at home either — too punk for rooms that asked me to float above the 3D world rather than stay rooted within it.
Maybe this is you now. Maybe you keep finding yourself in relationships and patterns that leave you depleted rather than nourished — caught in the same pendulum between longing and loss, attachment mistaken for love. Maybe you're tired of overthinking your way through pain, when what you actually need is to feel your way through it instead.
Maybe you sense a deeper power, a wildness in you, that's never quite been welcomed — a fire you've had to shrink to fit into spaces that were never built to hold your multilayered, multicoloured complexity. Maybe you're ready — really ready — to look at your shadow honestly, without spiritual bypassing, without rushing past the dark toward the light before you've actually let yourself feel it.
